The majority of our homes do not allow pets of any kind. We do have a limited number of properties that are advertised as Pet Friendly. Those exceptions are individually noted and pets will be allowed in the specific properties only with PRIOR APPROVAL. No exceptions will be made unless noted as a “dog friendly” property. If you will be vacationing at one of our dog friendly properties, a non-refundable pet fee of up to a maximum of $200 as well as a $500 refundable security deposit will be added to your reservation. Any dog damage including additional cleaning or pest extermination will result in additional charges. Please note local leash laws are in effect and enforced. You are required to clean up after your dog.
In most of our communities dogs are not welcomed on the beach during the summer season. Signs are posted at the beaches explaining the rules.
Be considerate of the neighbors. Some dogs left alone all day become anxious and bark.
Pets should not be allowed on the furniture or beds unless they’re covered with a sheet or blanket that you provide.
Make sure your dog has had a flea treatment. And remember they can and do pick up sand fleas.
Clean up after your dog both on the property and public areas as well.
