Additional sleeping area available off the back porch in the bunk house with a twin bunk bed. One full bathroom on the first floor. Convenient updated laundry room off the kitchen. Large back deck with a private outdoor shower, grill, patio set, 2 lounge chairs, and an open, beautifully landscaped backyard. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch swing or relax in the pair of Adirondack chairs. Multiple window AC units to keep the house comfortable during warm summer days. 2 Flat screen TVs. Cable & High Speed Wifi. Adventuring out of idyllic Green Hill? It is just a short drive to either Charlestown Town Beach or Matunuck Town Beach. Enjoy an easy flat hike in Trustom National Wildlife Park approximately 2 miles from the cottage. South Kingstown Town Park which has a playground , tennis courts and basketball courts is less than 1.5 miles from the cottage. Conveniently located, a mere 15 minutes to Watch Hill and Narragansett and a 30 minute drive will bring you to downtown Newport .
A pet is welcome with a pet fee and a refundable $500 damage deposit .
