Idyllically located on the rocky shore of the Atlantic Ocean in Narragansett, this 2 bedroom 2 full bath home is a perfect vacation spot. The home has a reverse living floor plan. The bedrooms , both containing queen sized beds , are located on the ground level . There is a full bath on the first level as well as family room with seating and TV. Off of the family room through sliding glass doors is patio with picnic table and chairs . As you go up a flight of stairs , you will find a wide open floor plan with a living room , kitchen and dining area . Another full bath is located on this upper level. The couch is a double pull-out for additional sleeping . A wall of sliding glass doors look out on to the second floor deck overlooking the backyard and ocean just beyond that. Patio table , chair and grill can be found on this level. Due to the rocky coast line in front of the home, swimming is not permitted . Renters will be reimbursed up to $100 after their stay to help defray the cost of beach visits .
Utilize the central AC on those warm evenings. Wifi and cable are also in the house for your convenience .
Walk to renowned restaurants from the house or grab clam cakes and chowder from your choice of restaurants all within a few blocks from the house. Take a 5 minute drive to Pt Judith and hop on the Block Island Ferry or sit on your choice of multiple beaches . Narragansett Pier and the town beach is a 10 minute drive .
